These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Flowtech website and any AI automation services we provide ("Services"). By using this website, requesting a demo, or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

Flowtech designs, builds, and manages AI-powered systems that respond to leads and customers, recover missed calls, book appointments, follow up, request reviews, and automate related administrative work. The exact scope, channels, and workflows for your business are defined in your individual service agreement or order.

Conversations, scenarios, calculators, and examples shown on this website are illustrative demonstrations. Calculator results are estimates only — actual results depend on your business, market, and how the Services are configured and used. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of specific revenue or lead volumes.

By submitting your phone number or email through this website, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry, demo, or Services, including by text message from automated systems. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or use the unsubscribe link in emails.

Current package pricing is shown on our Pricing section and confirmed in your service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, a one-time setup fee covers the design, build, and launch of your system, and subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business, pricing, and availability information used to configure your AI employee.
• Ensure you have the right to contact your leads and customers, and that your use of the Services complies with applicable messaging, privacy, and marketing laws (including consent and opt-out requirements).
• Review and approve automated messaging used in your business's name.
• Not use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

Our AI systems are configured around your rules and escalate conversations to a human when configured to do so. However, AI-generated responses may occasionally be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing communications in regulated, contractual, or high-stakes contexts, and the Services are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

The Flowtech website, brand, and underlying systems remain our property. Your business data, customer lists, and content remain yours. We grant you a non-exclusive right to use the systems we configure for you for the duration of your subscription.

The website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost leads). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You may cancel your subscription as described in your service agreement. We may suspend or end Services for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (payment, liability, IP) survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
